The Whistler XTR-550 Laser/Radar Detector is a full featured Radar Laser Detector with Red Text Display at a value price. This Whistler XTR-550 detects POP mode radar, provides Real Voice Alerts, and offers a red alpha-numeric text display.
The XTR-550 also features new attention grabbing feature, the Dual LED Alert Periscope. Two blue LED's sit a top of the detector and flash when you receive an alert, helping to grab your attention.
The Whistler XTR-550 has features 3 City Modes, which allows you to adjust your tolerance False Alerts. An Alert Priority feature makes sure the most important alert is displayed if multiple alerts are detected. Other features include a battery saver, and 3 adjustable levels of brightness.
