The Whistler XTR-575 Laser Radar Detectors with Built-in Digital Compass are yet another example of a radar laser detector from the Whistler XTR Series of laser radar detectors.
The XTR-575 Detectors are surprisingly affordable for such a high quality and full-featured radar laser detector. Boasting total band protection from radar speed guns and radar speed detectors, 360 degree total perimeter protection from laser speed guns and laser speed detectors, and POP mode detection that gives an extra warning against some of the fastest reading speed detectors. With a variety of alerts, modes and settings - the XTR-575 Laser / Radar Detector can be configured to most situations as well as most individuals.
One of its more prominent features is the XTR-575's Twin Alert Periscopes, which are User Selectable Blue LED lights that flash when the laser radar detector's alarm goes off.
